In very rare cases of defective product, we will either replace the product or return your money upon receiving defective product back.

We provide free typesetting or conversion of your artwork into our preferred production format. Our in-house graphic design team will make sure your artwork is properly positioned on the product and will provide digital proof for your review and approval. Do you have a vision of what you want but don’t know how to make it happen? No worries, we can create logos, flyers, brochures, banners and any other type of artwork at an additional charge [each graphic design project is individually quoted]. Order Tracking and Timely Delivery

You will receive the following order e-mails: Order Acknowledgement with Digital Artwork Proof, Expected Delivery Date, Tracking Information with Expected Delivery Date, Order Follow Up, Electronic Invoice and Payment Receipt. We are a strong believers of “try it before your buy it”. By sampling out products, such as promotional pens, advertising gifts and convention bags, you eliminate any concerns about quality, color and size. Samples can be requested online using the “Request a Sample” link located on each product details page, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 800.682.0852. We provide up to 3 free samples, including standard USPS or UPS/FedEx Ground shipping, up to $7.00. All samples over $7.00 will require payment via credit card prior to sending the sample, and shipping is additional. We will do our best to accommodate all sample request and will work you to your complete satisfaction!
